Processing Times
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and preorder timing is displayed on the applicable product page.
Shipping Rates
Hype chains include free standard U.S. shipping. Free standard U.S. shipping also applies to qualifying orders of $75 or more. Any other available shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Preorders and Split Shipments
Preorder products are not ready for immediate shipment. If an order contains preorder and in-stock items, the order may ship together when all items are ready unless Replay Vault chooses to split the shipment.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking is emailed when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact Dholmes@replayvault.co promptly if an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or appears lost so we can review the issue and assist with a carrier claim when appropriate.
