Are Replay Vault products officially licensed?
Yes. Products offered in our active school collections are produced for institutions and product categories covered by Replay Vault’s licensing agreements. Designs are submitted through the required approval process.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and preorder timing is shown on the product page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Hype chains include free standard U.S. shipping. Qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more also receive free standard shipping.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email Dholmes@replayvault.co before sending anything back so we can approve the return and provide instructions.
Can I request a custom product?
Yes. Use the Replay Vault Custom section or the Contact page to tell us what you need. Custom and personalized products may be final sale unless damaged or produced incorrectly.
What if my school is not listed?
Visit the Coming Soon page or join our email list. A school listed as upcoming is not represented as licensed unless and until its authorization is fully executed.
